Erranah Dhaliah is the founding partner of Parker Russell Group of Companies and was appointed Chairman of the Board in early 2020.

Prior to his current position, Dev was the Managing Partner of the Group where he principally led the taxation department. Dev spent 16 years working for the Mauritius Tax Office (Now known as the Mauritius Revenue Authority) and retired as a Chief Inspector of Taxes. Dev was also partner at Moore Stephens Mauritius where he led the taxation department.

With over 40 years of experience in tax, Mr Dhaliah now has a varied portfolio of clients operating in Mauritius with a mixture of international tax work and commercial tax advice.

On an international front, Mr Dhaliah was previously the Vice-President of Africa for Parker Russell International. Dev has been involved in restructuring groups to reduce their international tax burden, advised on tax efficient international expansion structures both in Africa, India and Mauritius, and used and international funding arrangements as a way to reduce his clients' tax liabilities.
